Lifetime Guarantee

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every product we create. If your product develops a defect in craftsmanship that affects its functionality under normal use, we will service and repair it to restore its intended function. This includes issues such as stitching failure or structural defects resulting from workmanship.

Hardware components can be serviced or replaced when possible. Hardware replacement is not covered under the Lifetime Guarantee and can be provided for a reasonable service fee.

This guarantee does not cover natural wear, patina, scratches, cosmetic aging, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or any changes that occur through regular use. These characteristics reflect the natural aging process of genuine leather and contribute to the individuality of each piece.

Requesting Service

If you believe your product requires service, please contact us at support@chiselnmallet.com with your order number and clear photographs of the item. If inspection is required, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted. Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe return of items for inspection or service.
