Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship all orders via Delhivery courier service, and the shipping cost free in India on purchases of ₹1299 and above.
Delivery Time: 3-7 business days for domestic delivery
INTERNATONAL SHIPPING
We ship to all international destinations with a shipping fee depending upon its weight. Delivery times vary based on location. Please note that international orders are not eligible for COD, Returns or Exchanges.
Delivery Time: 15-20 business days for international delivery
Shipping charges: Calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chisel & Mallet is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Order Processing Time:
- Please allow 10-15 days to carefully handcraft your regular orders.
- All personalised products take up to 20 days of making time.
Estimated Shipping Time
Items ship within 10-15 days of time when the order was placed. Every item is made to order. After the item is made, it then usually ships within 1 day of completion. Once shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking details.
Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received. This prevents a customer from getting their item pushed back in the production line. This ensures the fair and proper treatment of all customers
Re-Shipping Charges
Our shipping partners will make 2-3 attempts to deliver your package. If they are unable to deliver, the package will be returned to us. We hate to do this, but have to charge a shipping fee to re-ship the order to you.
Undeliverable Locations
In a very rare event that our shipping partner does not service a location for a booked order, we will contact you to arrange for an alternate delivery address / method.
