Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. However, if your product malfunctions or fails, we offer a full refund or exchange upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Do not send returns without prior approval and instructions from us. Unapproved returns will not be accepted, and the customer will bear the shipping costs.

Return Shipping Risk
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return shipment.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom products, including personalized or special orders, are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please contact us with any concerns regarding such items.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be returned in the original condition, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
