Return and Refund Policy

Each Chisel & Mallet product is individually handcrafted using full-grain leather and traditional techniques. Due to the handcrafted nature of our work and the unique character of natural leather, returns based on personal preference, cosmetic variation, or change of mind are not accepted.

However, if your product has a defect in craftsmanship affecting its functionality, it is covered under our Lifetime Guarantee. Upon inspection, we will repair the item to restore its intended use.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for service, the item must have been purchased directly from Chisel & Mallet, include valid proof of purchase, and be returned only after receiving approval from us for inspection and repair.

How to Initiate a Request

Please contact us at support@chiselnmallet.com with your order number and photographs of the item to initiate a request.

Important: Items must not be returned without prior approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a secure, trackable shipping service. Chisel & Mallet is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us promptly with details and photos so we can assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item remains unused, in its original condition, and includes the original packaging and proof of purchase.
